FAQ

We will deliver the margarita machine to your event and set it up for you. That includes mixing, and starting the machine so the product is ready by the time your event starts.

We want your event to be as successful as it can be, in order to do that please make sure you have:

1. Access to water to make your mix (at least 3 gallons per hopper)

2. Alcohol (if your drink is an adult beverage)

3. Access to a dedicated 15 amp outlet to plug machine into

Please make sure the machine is either inside or under a permanent covered structure outside. We will not leave the machine if it is not protected from the sun or potential rain. Also make sure the machine can be plugged into a DEDICATED 15 amp outlet. 

In our high capacity units, product should freeze in about 20 minutes. 

For slushies or frozen adult beverages in our double units, it should not take longer than two hours. If the machine is outside it may take a little longer - especially in these hot Texas Summers :) But we take all that into consideration when we make your delivery.  It is important to tell us what time your event starts so we can plan adequately. 

To speed up freeze times, consider placing water in the refrigerator and the alcohol in the freezer the night before the event. DO NOT put triple sec in the freezer, due to the low alcohol content it will freeze!

Unfortunately no. Please understand that the machine is very heavy and it is very important that you not move it from it's original set up location.

The products we use have the perfect combination of water/sugar ratio. Adding anything could prevent your product from freezing. Adding fresh fruits could also damage the machine, so we kindly ask that you NOT do so as it will result in a $75.00 cleaning fee. Let us set it up and allow you sit back and enjoy!

Deposit is refundable up to 2 weeks before rental date; any cancellation with less than 2 weeks notice will be allowed to change date of rental or forfeit deposit
